1. The blog remains property of Vebro Solutions, EzBlogs.org at all time. We reserve the right to remove your blog without any notice for violations of the following but not limited to:
   1. Your site uses an excessive amount of bandwidth / server resources. This is down to our discrection. If your site is using a lot of resources and you would like to keep it; please contact us to arrange an agreement.
   2. Your blog is being used to discuss illegal activities.
   3. You deliberately misconfigure the blog.
2. The blog is provided as is. We do not offer HTML / ASP coding assistance.
3. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
   By uploading a file to the EzBlogs.org server(s) you agree to the following terms:
   1. You may link to a file outside of the EzBlogs.org domain.
   2. The uploaded copy of the file becomes whole property to EzBlogs.org, you wave any copyrights you may hold on the file as by uploading it you allow EzBlogs.org to have a copy of it.
   3. Ips and usernames are logged when a file is uploaded which are visible to the admin of the blog.
   4. You may not upload copyrighted material to which you do not own the rights. Your IP is logged and you can be traced and prosecuted.
   5. You may not upload indescent material, this includes but does not limit to any forms of pornography, music files, any form of racism or it depicted in picture form, or anything that may be found offensive.
   6. Responsibility falls on the admins of each individual blog and they are therefore expected to check the uploads and take appropriate action against the user who has breeched this TOS.
